Matthew Craigen is a Lighting Designer based out of the west coast of Scotland. A proud graduate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, studying Lighting Design and Production Electrics. Matthew now works in theatre and the live events sector. His journey in the world of lighting began at the age of 8 when he started volunteering backstage for a local theatre.

With a strong foundation in both amateur and professional theatre productions, Matthew's skills extend to the dynamic world of concerts and live events. His passion lies in transforming spaces into immersive environments, using light as a powerful storytelling tool.

As a versatile professional, he thrives on the challenge of adapting to various artistic visions and technical requirements. One notable highlight in Matthew's career is his involvement in a project that received acclaim and recognition from the CDC.
